Terms and Conditions - New Heat Pumps and Repair Warranty Information

Warranty does not cover building issues that affect the Heat Pumps System such as ones related to the riser glycol loop, GPM pressure and/or temperature in glycol loop, etc.


Warranty does not cover customer misuse or errors which can include setting the system to extreme temperatures and constantly changing from heat to cool and vise versa.


Warranty will be void if any damages by resident or 3rd party, such as flooding or water damage from another unit, removing and incorrectly re-installing the thermostat and/or heat pump causing damage, etc.


Warranty can also become void if maintenance is completed less than twice per year and filter is not replaced at least x4 times per year (approximately every 3 months).


After the Labour Warranty expires, this warranty does not cover labor costs associated with the replacement or repair of the unit or parts.


The warranty is transferable only to subsequent owners of the same property and is subject to our company's prior approval.


Sychem Inc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising out of actions that would void the warranty.


If the requirements for warranty are not met, our company reserves the right to modify or cancel this warranty at any time without notice.
