"Why is there already an issue when your tech already repaired recently?"

Heat Pumps and Fan Coil Units are machines with constantly moving parts and operating 24/7,
issues for other parts beyond the original repair could arise any time after our tech is there.

Our technicians can only diagnose what is present during their service call,
if an issues occurs after, our technician is unable to diagnose this.

Our initial service call or repair time covers 1 hour of the technician's labour,
anytime spent beyond this would have been an additional repair or labour charge.

Should we return and repair a different part beyond the original repaired part warranty,
we will have to diagnose and quote accordingly.
