Some ERVs are integrated within your condo heating and air conditioning system.
They do the same job as the stand-alone ERVs except they work together with your HVAC system to bring in fresh air and remove stale air.
We suggest you maintain it together with your heating and cooling system.
Air quality inside most condos is at least five times more contaminated than the air found outside. ERVs improve the quality of our indoor air, creating a space for us to breathe easier.
