The models available to the public are the Retail versions which carry a 3-Year Part warranty.
We supply the Professional version, Model # EB-STATE3LTPC-02, which is not available for retail and only available to licensed HVAC professionals. It includes a 5-Year Pro Part Warranty from Ecobee. Please see the link below from Ecobee's support page for more details about the Pro warranty:
In addition, our price includes the installation and 1-year warranty for parts and 3 months for the labour, which are covered directly by Sychem.
