Heat Pump and Fan Coil Systems have different pricing because they use different fan motors:
Heat Pump and Fan Coil Fan Motors
- Fan coil fan motors are usually 115V. Size and power will vary depending on needs.
- Heat pump fan motors are 208V
ERV Fan Motors
Certain buildings have ERV systems connected to their HVAC system and/or Bathroom Ventilation.
Some ERVs are stand-alone systems installed in the Bathroom only and are NOT connected to the HVAC system. The issues with these systems can range from wiring, sensors, the control board or the fan motor itself.
ECM Fan Motors
Some Condo HVAC systems use an ECM Motor which is a special order part. Some ECM Motors may need to be programmed for the specific unit from the manufacturer. These are special order parts.
Dryer and Bathroom Fan Motors
We stock the most common Bathroom and Dryer fan motors but some may be special order. Need the make and model of the existing motor in order to provide a quote.
